Therefore, the municipality's entire insurance portfolio is offered in public tender wit h a view to entering into insurance agreements with entry into force as of 1 January 2026. The insurance contracts are offered in accordance with the Public Tenders Act, as a public tender cf. Section II of the Tenders Act cf. LBK no. 10 of 06/01/2023 with subsequent amendments. Factor Insurance Brokers A/S invites, on behalf of Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality, offers for the municipality's insurances in accordance with the present tender material.l
