Description - Description: Implementation of information provision and legal assistance of foreigners maintained in the administrative retention premises (LRA) of Ile de France. Any foreigner, upon his arrival at his place of detention, is able to communicate with any person of their choice, with the consular authorities of the country whose nationality he declares or with his council or the permanence of the judicial court in the jurisdiction of which is the place of detention (R.744-16 of CESEDA). Article R. 744-21 of the same code provides that foreigners maintained in the premises can benefit from the assistance of a legal person, at their request or the initiative of the latter, under the conditions
