Description - Description: Provide weld inspection services and reporting for the identified fracture critical members (FCMs) on hydraulic steel structures (HSSs) at two locations. Inspections must include visual testing (VT) by a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) as well as nondestructive testing (NDT) by a certified technician. NDT must be magnetic particle testing (MT), dye penetrant testing (PT), or ultrasonic testing (UT), as specified in section 2 of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Provide an inspection report detailing the findings for each inspected HSS in accordance with section 2 of this PWS. Inspections will occur at the following locations: Robert S Kerr Powerhouse 29759 Powerhouse Road
