Description - Description: The object of this assignment is to conclude a framework agreement with one entrepreneur for destroying confidential documents for the term of 48 months, spread to the boards over the operating area of IOK and that are members of the int ermunicipal purchase service of IOK (see Appendix C). It is a non-exclusive framework agreement without any purchase obligation. Consequently, notwithstanding the conclusion of the framework agreement by the contracting authority IOK on the basis of the present specifications, the aforementioned boards are free to order elsewhere during the duration of the contract or not to place an order. The contractor cannot demand compensation for this.local
