The order is divided into two parts: 1) Part 1 - granting a long -term loan in the amount of PLN 15,736,065.82 for prior repayment of long -term loans from 2013, 2014, 2016, 2023 and 2024, due to the restructuring of existing credit liabilities. 2) Part 2 - granting a long -term loan in the amount of up to PLN 3,178,769.55 for covering a planned deficit of PLN 2,203,351.55 and to pay off previously taken liabilities from loans and loans in the amount of PLN 975 418.00. The Employer allows for partial offers. The contractor may submit an offer for one or both parts of the order.
