Description - Description: The PLCs for the barrier system at Cannon AFB, main gate are inoperable. 27 SOCES are looking to engineer and revise PLC programs in the currently installed M238 MOOG PLCs to retrofit them to work off modern MicroLogix software to overco me the obsolete MODICON PLCs. Once the new programs have been revised and installed on new MicroLogix PLCs, a Field Engineer will be needed to travel to the customer's site, Cannon AFB, to install the new components in all 5 wedge barrier control panels.
