Description - Description: Agreement/agreements - Fuel supply framework for JET A1 aviation turborectors directly in the beneficiary's aircraft (helicopters) tanks, at Cluj Napoca, Timișoara, Bacău, Iași and Oradea airports. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016 with the subsequent modifications and completions, the contracting authority establishes the deadline in which the economic operators can send requests for clarification, respectively in which it will respond to all the clarification requests/ information, as follows: 1. the term by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarification or additional information in the date of 20 days.
