Description - Description: The subject of the order is the successive purchase of fuel in a cashless system using fuel cards for company cars and power generators and small equipment for the Entities acting jointly. A detailed description of the subject of the con tract was specified in the SWZ.The public procurement procedure in question is carried out jointly by a group of contracting entities.In these proceedings, the Commune of the City of Gdańsk acts on its own behalf and on behalf of and for the benefit of the Entities pursuant to Article 38(1) and (3) of the Act (pursuant to the concluded Agreements) and Art. 41 of the Public Procurement Law.
