However, There Is A Part Of The Cemetery, Which Is The Subject Of This Project. The Actions Planned Here Aims To Ensure The Maintenance Of This Public Equipment, Improve Its Benefits, And Consequently Improve The Municipal Public Service. The Purpose Of This Document Is To Define And Evaluate Technique And Economically The Interventions Necessary To Complete The Execution Of The New Roof Of The Western Niche Body And The Rehabilitation Of The Walls Of The Chapel Of The Municipal Cemetery Of Vallcebre. This Project Carries Out The Actions To Complete The Rest Of The Cover With The Same Construction System. The Original Construction Is Quite Precarious And Brought It Between The Different Factories (Walls And Interior Walls) Has Deficiencies. Also, Some Materials Have Not Endured The Passage Of Time. The Perimeter Wall Is Walls About 40Cm Thick And Variable Height (Between 2 And 5M). This Wall Is Attached To The Ceramic Factory Work Niches. The Original Roof Was A Gable Arabic Tile On Ceramic Chains And Structure Of Wooden Beams Reinforced By Concrete Beams As Evidenced In The Exposed Parts (Auxiliary Rooms). In The First Performance Executed In 2018.
