Description - Description: Multi -year framework agreement For replacing (or new) lifts including maintenance in the maximum 8 years that orders for replacement (or complete new construction) can be given, this involves a maximum of 65 lifts that can be given on o rder. If the maximum amount is reached, no new assignments for replacement of lifts can be provided and the framework agreement for that part ends by operation of law. Encouraged obligations with regard to maintenance remain in force.
