Description - Description: Multi -year framework agreement for replacing (or new) escalators including maintenance. In the maximum 8 years that assignments for replacement (or complete new construction) can be given, it concerns a maximum of 100 escalators that ca n be commissioned. If the maximum amount is reached, no new assignments for replacement of lifts can be provided and the framework agreement for that part ends by operation of law. Encouraged obligations with regard to maintenance remain in force.
