Description - Description: The object of the framework agreement is the purchase of the repair and maintenance services, including the ITP, for the Dacia brand cars in the endowment of the Romanian Court of Accounts. The acquisition will be carried out in full by electronic means, in a single stage according to the provisions of art. 73 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent modifications and completions. Interested economic operators may request additional clarifications / information until the 15th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. The Contracting Authority will be clearly and completely respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline set for submission
