Description - Description: Newport City Council established an approved list , of registered education providers using a Dynamic Purchasing System, for the provision of Flying Start places early year’s education in September 2022 within the geographical boundari es of Newport. It included the four elements of the current programme - enhanced health visiting, support for speech, language and communication, parenting support as well as high quality childcare.This is Round/Phase 3 of the expansion of the Flying Start provision within the non maintained sector. and established providers and new entrants in the market are encouraged to apply.
