Description - Description: Mountain Home AFB, Idaho has a NAF requirement for a design-build service to replace the antiquated fire alarm system at the Sagebrush Inn, building 2320, with a new addressable fire alarm system, as required by the Fire Prevention Engin eer. The design-build services shall develop a complete design with supporting specifications, analysis (with hazardous material survey for asbestos and lead-based paints), and proposed construction project schedule; followed by construction services to include demolition (to include abatement of any asbestos and lead-based paint if present); new installation, and commissioning fire alarm systems in accordance with Unified Facility Criteria (UFC)
