Description - Description: The Canadian Coast Guard has a requirement for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) which will be used to supply a standard list of communications and navigation equipment, which is suitable-for and currently in-use on small craft s. The NISO is for a 3 year period, with 2 additional (1) year option periods. Delivery will be made to various Canadian Coast Guard, (CCGS) locations.
