Description - Description: The extension of the established Dynamic Purchasing System (“DPS”) for the procurement of passenger transport services, excluding local bus services until July 2026 The extension of the established DPS due to end on 31 July 2024,unti l 31 July 2026. This is to allow time for the Council to work with its neighbouring Council Cardiff to develop a joint DPS for future use.
