Description - Description: Execution contract construction and installations in order to obtain the fire safety authorization for the "Speranța" service complex. This contract enters into force on the date of its signature by the last part and is valid until the full and appropriate fulfillment of the obligations by both parties. The contract operates validly between the parties according to the law, offer and the award documentation, from the date of its entry into force and until the conventional or legal exhaustion of any effect it produces. The duration of the contract may not exceed 08.11.2026 to which is added the guarantee period granted to the works executed by 36 months, and is divided as follow
