Description - Description: The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Guam, Purchasing and Contracting Division, seeks to enter into a Single, Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Equipment Calibration and Repair Services in support of GUARNG Medical Detachment unit within the Territory of Guam.
