Description - Description: Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with INTELLIGENT POWER SOLUTIONS INC. (hereinafter referred to as IPS ) for Full-Service Maintenance of one (1) Mitsubishi AEGIS 125kVA UPS connected to the Canon Aquilion One CT located at the VA Illiana Health Care System in Danville, IL.
