Description - Description: The project comprises the construction of pumping station upgrades and new forcemain on Municipality owned developed/agricultural land/easement. SPS located at the intersection of Principale Street and Brisson Street in Casselman, as wel l as a new forcemain along Brisson street, a municipally owned right-of-way easement, connecting to Laurier Street, followed by the Casselman Lagoons access road, and then the Lagoon property. At the Lagoon property, upgrades to the alum injection building are necessary with the construction of the new forcemain.
