Description - Description: The Force Support Squadron (66 FSS/FSDE) has a continuing requirement for Education and Training Customer Services. The contractor will receive telephone calls, greet visitors, determine the nature of the call or visit, and direct client s to the appropriate personnel in the Education and Training Center (E&TC). Contractor will schedule training or testing in the appropriate classrooms and maintain the daily E&TC Calendar. The contractor will check the E&TC Common Mailbox daily and respond to or route the e-mail to the appropriate staff members.
