The State seeks to purchase artificial intelligence-enhanced roadside units for its continuous count sites (“Units”). Background The Agency seeks bidders to provide the goods and/or services identified herein. The Iowa Department of Transportation (“DOT”) seeks qualified bidders that demonstrate the capabilities and resources to provide an Artificial Intelligence-driven traffic monitoring system to provide constant monitoring of traffic at its continuous count sites (the “AICCS”).
