Description - Description: Donegal County Council’s Regeneration and Development Team is seeking the provision of a Full Integrated Design Team, PSDP and Masterplanning consultancy services to prepare a Regeneration Strategy and Action Plan (“RS and AP”) for Bundoran. The RS and AP is to be prepared in line with the new National Policy ‘Town Centre First – A Policy Approach for Irish Towns’ (“TCFAPA”) and is to be regeneration and renewal focused with a view to strengthening the role, image, capacity, vibrancy, vitality, competitiveness and resilience of Bundoran town centre and the two key approaches to the town. It will put place-making at the centre of the value proposition for the town
