Description - Description: The Petrojam Oil Refinery located on the northern section of the Kingston Harbour has two offshore docks for transferring fuel between the refinery and ships; these are the Main Dock and a smaller EKT Dock. It also has three other docks that it uses in other aspects of its operations namely: Boat House Dock, Dry Dock and Rockfort Mooring Dock.
