Description - Description: Synopsis for DBS The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) has a requirement for the procurement of domestically manufactured Di-N-Butyl Sebacate (DBS). The chemical and physical properties of DBS shall meet the r equirements of Military Specification MIL-DTL-82669B. The contractor shall test the DBS against an external certified and traceable DBS using gas chromatography (GC). The GC testing must be run on the same instrument via the same method and calibration. NSWC IHD intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a brand name mandatory basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c). The authorized manufacturer of DBS is Aurorium, LLC. The PSC code is 68
