Description - Description: Demolition and renovation measures for construction phase 3 The construction phase 3 includes the demolition of a three-storey building with a flat roof including the basement from 1978. This is connected as a head building on the ground floor and 1st floor to the average to be maintained. The building has an outdoor facade made of clinker and proportionate metal fields. The basement will remain a part to intercept the loads from the middle building. A separate demolition concept is available.
