Description - Description: The subject of the public contract is the supply of the solution of iron sulfate for the treatment of drinking and treatment of waste water to water facilities operated by PVK, a.s. under the conditions specified in the draft of the Fram ework Agreement, which is referred to in section 2 of this tender documentation. In Part 3, the contracting authority sets out the parameters of the supplied iron sulphate (Class I - for drinking water and class II - for waste water), which the supplier must meet. The estimated volume of delivery is about 33,000 tons for fulfilling the public contract in the expected period of supplies, which are subject to the performance of this public contract
