Description - Description: Purpose of the market: The purpose of this market is to carry out control of sanitation networks to be carried out within the framework of infrastructure and networks projects. These are the control services before, during and after work , these being necessary for the reception of the sanitation networks. It applies to the entire territory of Grand Paris Seine Ouest (GPSO) to territorial sanitation networks and annexed works managed by the Public Territorial Establishment. These controls are carried out by a qualified external controller independent of the company responsible for work. This external controller must have COFRAC authorization in the exercise of his missions.local
