Description - Description: The Defense Logistics Agency - Energy (DLA) - FESBB, OCONUS Storage Branch is seeking all responsible sources that may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency; however, at this time it is the Government’s intention to extend the current contract which will provide fuel storage and handling services at Contractor Owned, Contractor Operated (COCO) fuel facilities in the Port of Darwin.
