Description - Description: ScopeDescriptionThe works entail the provision of Construction Gangs (either 2 or 3 person gangs) with suitable transportation (3.5 Tonne Tipper vehicles) to undertake various highway related construction schemes on the highway network w ithin the Vale of Glamorgan.
