Subject of the order Conservation of watercourses located in areas subject to the management of the Dębea catchment room.The Contractor is obliged in all parts to secure natural supervision (before starting or at the latest on the da y of commencement of maintenance) consisting on the diagnosis of the area in terms of the presence of animal nests covered by species protection and in terms of the occurrence of protected plant species. Natural supervision must be implemented in accordance with applicable law, in particular with the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature protection (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1478, as amended), by the Act of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law
