Description - Description: TYPE OF SERVICE REQUIRED. The Concessionaire shall provide the menu, all personnel, transportation, supervision and all food and related supplies required to operate a Quick Serve Asian Inspired Cuisine specialty restaurant. The Concessi onaire will follow the agreed upon menu (to include vegetarian options), recipes and product specifications, and plating standards to include appetizers and main dishes.
