The Licensor has had a golf course built on the Site including 9 holes with synthetic greens, a dr iving range, 3 Experience holes, a Fun Park (1- putt-putt mini-golf course, 2-pitch & putt course, 3-footgolf course, 4-discgolf), a Horeca area, a club house. At the end of the allocation procedure, the Grantor will appoint the Concessionaire who will be responsible, at its own risk and expense, primarily for operating in a precarious manner and managing, for a limited period, the golf course and its accessory facilities located rue du Cierneau
