Description - Description: SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to replace a bathroom and a galley sewer pipe in the Multi-mission Building (MMB). Work shall include pro viding all transportation, materials, and labor. The awarded contractor shall complete the following. Removal of current failed/cracked cast iron sewer pipe in bathroom. Replace cracked pipe with heavy duty, to code, PVC pipe and connections. Confirm repair will not leak. Cut out and replace any studs/wood/drywall where there has been rot/water damage to this area.
