Description - Description: Purpose of the contract: The purpose of this framework agreement is the purchase of foodstuffs (groceries, BOF, fresh products, frozen products, fruits and vegetables and culinary aids) and the IT management of these supplies for the cen tral kitchen of Carcassonne.
