Description - Description: This is a combines synopsis and solicitation for a firm/fixed price and labor hour contract for the National Weather Service (NWS) for Architecture and Engineering Design and Construction Oversight for the relocation of the Honolulu Weat her Forecast Office (WFO) to the Daniel K.
