Description - Description: At the end of the design studies of the project and the stripping/embankment assessment, there appears a high excess of excavated soils. These cuttings come from the restructuring of the profiles of the old railway linked to its enlargem ent to accommodate a double BHNS traffic lane. The Region therefore wishes to be accompanied to ensure the valuation of these lands and promote reuse of out-of-site plant lands according to their characteristics (in plant lands for the project itself or other).
