Description - Description: ISMO wishes to acquire a local probe microscopy system that can easily be combined with an inverted optical microscope. The AFM head must be equipped with a control laser emitting outside the spectral domain useful for their experiences, that is to say emitting to a wavelength greater than 970 Nm, and including an optical or other system which would make the intensity of the residual light of the laser on the negligible sample at wavelengths less than 900 Nm.
