Description - Description: Replace 5MV Transformer 528A5-24-516 GENERAL PROJECT WORK SCOPE DESCRIPTION Existing Conditions: The Canandaigua VAMC is located at 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua, NY 14424. The layout is a campus with more than 30 buildings located o n over 150 acres. Normal working hours are Monday Friday 8:00am 4:30pm. The electric service for the campus enters at the northwest corner of the property through a 5 MVA transformer, with a redundant backup. One transformer was recently damaged from pest activity and subsequently repaired, however this is not a long term fix and it needs to be replaced.
