Description - Description: Purchase of 100 pieces of carbonated mineral water bottled at 2litri. The delivery will be made in maximum 2 hours from the written/telephone request of the contracting authority, based on a supply contract concluded after the award of t he purchase in SEAP, the award criterion being "the lowest price", at the Vaslui Penitentiary headquarters in Ciprian Porumbescu, no. 4, place. Muntenii de Jos, Vaslui county. The marking (labeling) of the product will comply with both the provisions of the Ordinance no. 21 of August 21, 1992 on consumer protection as well as the EC regulation on food. The product will be accompanied by the fiscal invoice and declaration/certificate of compliance
