Description - Description: The purpose of this RSOQ is to select a Design/Build Respondent or Respondents who may be invited to participate in the next stage of this competitive selection process, when called.As part of an overall renovation of the central gatheri ng and passive area of Noel Booth Community Park (see Appendix A for a project area context plan), the existing playground is to be removed and replaced with a new custom playground of similar size or up to 25% larger.
