The City of Calgary intends to issue 2 Permits to Applicants to provide Electric Scooters and Elect ric Bicycles for rent directly to customers/users. Through the Application process (competitive procurement), The City of Calgary is seeking Applicants who are interested in delivering a successful Program, willing to adapt to market needs and address concerns on an ongoing basis to ensure safety and success for the 2026-2031 permit.Permit will have a one (1) year term, with automatic renewable terms of one (1) year to a maximum of five (5) years
