Description - Description: 1. The subject of the order is the supply of modified milk for infants in the assortment, estimated quantity and the requirements specified in Annex 3 to SWZ.2. The Employer allows for partial offers. A partial offer is understood as ind ividual items set in Annex 3 to SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer on one or several items.3. The Employer in the assortment and price form determined the packaging method. In items in which there is no such description, the contractor may offer any packaging method with maintaining the quantity required by the ordering amount specified in a given item. The contractor must value the proposed packaging method at the appropriate conversion.4.
