Description - Description: This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The City of Thorold’s to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Development Service Office Parking Lot Extension.The City of Thorold is inviting bids from qualified co ntractors for the Development Services Parking Lot Extension Project at 8 Carleton Street South.
