Description - Description: This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2025-RFP-91- Bemis Elevated Tank Modelling as further described i n Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Bemis Park Elevated Tank (ET) is located at 97 Coventry Road in the City of Welland. The multi-leg elevated tank was constructed in 1965 and has a storage capacity of 5.7 ML.
