Description - Description: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Membrane Tank Recoat at Bath Water Treatment Plant (BWTP) as further described in Sec tion A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The project includes the removal of the existing epoxy coating and application of a new coating on the aluminum membrane filtration tanks. The new coating must be suitable for use in a water treatment facility and be able to withstand the use of cleaning and disinfectant chemicals and be resistant to physical wear with the movement of treatment equipment in and out of the tanks.
