The Purpose Of This Contracting File Under Lease (Without Purchase Option) For The Provision Of An Integral Increased Communication System (Sca) Adapted And Personalized, Which Facilitates Communication With Families And Around People With Severe Neuromotive Diseases That Are Serious With Serious Communication Disorder, Residents In The Community Of Madrid. The Project Is Based On The Patient'S Disposal Of A Communication System For The Control Of The Integrated And Complete Gaze. It Includes On The One Hand The Supply Of A Device That Incorporates The Ocular Reader, The Tablet Or Similar Equipment And The Computer Program For Access To The Solution That Enables In Each Case The Communication, Learning And Control Of The Environment, Being All The Elements Considered Class I Health Products And On The Other Hand They Are Required To Configure The Sca Solution, Depending On The Peculiarities Of Each Case, Having These Accessories The Consideration Of Sanitary Products Necessary To Facilitate The Patient The Proper And Comfortable Use Of The Device. It Is Included In The Object Of The Contract, And For Each Patient, The Delivery And Home Installation Of The Sca Solution, The Training And The Formation (Which May Be Face -To -Face In Case It Is Considered Necessary By The Doctors Responsible For The Monitoring Of The Patient) To The Users And Their Caregivers Or Relatives Who Act As Such (Hereinafter Called Environment), The Adaptation To The Clinical Situation Of The Patient According To Their Evolution, The Maintenance Of The Contract.
