The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Necessary Audiovisual Services For The Creation Of Short Videos On Health Issues Aimed At Citizens. Creation Includes Preproduction, Production And Postproduction Tasks. The Resulting Pieces Will Be Conceived For Dissemination Through The Web And The Digital Learning Platform Of The Madrid Health School. The Platform Used Is “Moodle”, Teaching Management System That Allows To Build Online Training Resources Through The Internet. The Platform Is Currently Based On Open Source Software, Version 3.9.4, And “Bigbluebutton” (Version 2.5.18). Creation Works Include: - Preproduction: Script And Production Planning, Following The Indications Of The Madrid Health School, Which Will Provide The Contents. - Production: Logistics And Recording. - Postproduction: Or Video And Audio Editing: Assembly, Adjustments, Effects, Off Recording If Necessary, Color Corrections, Creation And Animation Of Graphics, Subtitles And Original Music. O Recording Of The Spanish Signs Language Interpretation And Its Insertion Into The Video, Duly Adjusted In Time. The Number Of Units To Be Executed Is A Maximum Estimated Amount, In The Case Of A Contract In Which The Winner Is Obliged To Execute The Service Successively And By Unit Price In Accordance With The Needs Of The Administration As Provided In Article 17 Of The Public Sector Contract Law.
