The Wagons Will Have To Be Equipped With Composite Clovers Mounted On The Bogies. The Market Holder Must Regularly Inform The Contracting Authority Of The Progress Of The Work, Including, On Request, Directly On The Production Site. He Will Also Have To Appoint A Project Manager As A Principal Interlocutor For The Principal. Delivery Includes: • Obtaining Administrative Authorizations In Accordance With The Regulations In Force Of The European Union Agency For Railways (Era), • As Well As Compliance With Applicable National Regulations (Acf - Railway Administration) For Type Approval. The Complete Documentation Must Be Given Both In Electronic And Paper Format.
