Description - Expressions of Interest for Operation and Management (O&M) of Toll Collection System including upgradation/Migration of existing Toll Collection System and weigh scales system with real time web based on-line centralized toll collection system, ETC F astrack Toll Lane and related services of Rustompur Toll Plaza at 193th Km of Dhaka(Katchpur)-Bhairab-Jogodishpur-Shaistaganj-Sylhet-Tamabil-Jaflong Road (N-2), under Road Division, Habiganj of Road Circle, Moulvibazar for 2 (Two) years. Scope of service includes but not limited to the following: a. Operation & maintenance of modern real time web based on-line centralized toll collection and weigh scales system using oracle 11g/12g database using brta vehicle database for automatic vehicle classification which can be monitored (all transaction including transaction amount and vehicle footage) real-time simultaneously from toll plaza, rhd head office and road transport and highways division, ministry of road transport and bridges for next 2 (two) years and any subsequent renewal period thereof in accordance to the allowed provisions under ppr 2008 and ppa 2006; b.
